RENTAL REGULATIONS
- TO BE ABLE TO RENT A BIKE, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD KNOW TO RIDE A BIKE AND TO HAVE RIDE AT LEAST ONCE IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.
- a) Bikes are ultra performing, last generations, in perfect functioning condition, checked and maintained periodically only in specialized shops by qualified mechanics.
- b) The customer must wear helmet throughout the use of the bike from the rental shop.
- c) The customer must use the bike only on specialized routes according to its level and experience.
- d) Discount is given for a rental period longer and for more than 5 bikes rented at once.
- e) In case of flat tire, the repair cost is covered by the rental shop.
- f) You can rent only ONE bike by one person, based on one ID.
- g) In case of bike damages (brakes, pedal brakes, changing gear, handlebar, saddle, frame, wheels, spokes, rims, chain) the respective part is changed, not repaired, the cost being covered fully by the customer. In this case the rental shop reserves the right to withheld the repair cost from the guarantee.
- h) The customer will sign a rental contract, where will be specified all rental conditions, bike technical status on receiving and giving back the bike, hour and return date.
- i) Rental shop reserves the right to choose its customers.
- j) No bikes are rented to people under alcoholic beverages or drugs influence.
- k) No bikes are rented to not accompanied kids below age of 14 years that have no ID, but to only those that are accompanied by their parents. Exception kids in summer camps.
- l) Bike will be rented only to ID holder and it can be rented only one bike on one ID.
- m) The rental shop is not responsible for customers accidents during rental period.
- n) Bikes can be transported to Prahova Valley resort on demand for minimum 5 bikes rented for at least one day.
- o) In case of damage, it is strictly prohibited repair made by the customer.
- p) In case of flat tire or damage the customer must contact immediately the rental shop.
